
Coach of Swimming

- Deliver high quality, engaging coaching sessions, with a strong focus on youth and junior development
- Support school swim teams and coach groups across a range of skill levels
- Mentor junior coaching staff and help foster a positive, professional team culture.
- Act as a point of contact for students, parents and coaches of Swimming and respond in a timely manner
- Undertake daily pool maintenance tasks as required, including water quality testing, backwash and plant room checks
- Attend swimming competitions, championship meets and training camps where Trinity swimmers are representing either the School or the Swimming Club
- Demonstrated swim coaching experience in a school or club setting, ideally with youth
- Current Swimming Australia "Advanced" coaching Licence or higher
- Be a financial member of the Swim Coaches & Teachers Australia
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as required
- Willing to be an active financial member of the Trinity Grammar School Swimming Club and hold an executive position on the committee
