The project includes the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the plant with first production in 2028. Works include marine works and tunnels, seawater intake system, a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant, groundwater system, drinking water storage and pump system, supported by civil, electrical and bulk earthworks.Key accountabilities for the position:
- Set up and coordinate Quality and Information Management Systems tailored to project needs, including document control and handover records.
- Provide education, training, and ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective system use and understanding.
- Investigate, implement, and manage improvements in system functionality, automation, and efficiency through feedback and development initiatives.
- Conduct audits and consistency reviews to ensure compliance, performance, and opportunities for enhancement in system processes.
- Act as the point of contact for system-related advice, regularly consult stakeholders, and escalate issues to ensure constructive outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to ASWA Management Systems, ISO 9001, HSE policies, and relevant standards, guidelines, and legislation.
- Promote safety, collaboration, innovation, and a no-blame culture while making decisions aligned with ASWA’s values and stakeholder needs.
- Strong knowledge of RIB CX (formerly iTWOcx) Electronic Document Management System and system applications, requirements, configuration, development and use at administrator level in both Publication Space and Forms processes.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements.
- Proven communication and presentation abilities, stakeholder negotiation, problem solving and project management. Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Secondary education required; tertiary qualifications and Lead Auditor certification preferred.
- At least 5 years in information management or document control advisory roles, particularly in construction or engineering.
- Strong background in systems management and applications relevant to project environments.
- Proven experience in planning, conducting, and reporting audits.
- Familiarity with client management systems like TeamBinder and Aconex is advantageous.
