To build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.An integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team, as a Retirement Living Assistant, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.Let’s make a meaningful difference, together.Your part in the Blue Care TeamOur dynamic retirement livings team at Fraser Shores2 Retirement Village in Hervey Bay is looking for committed and passional Retirement Living Assistants to join their dedicated and close-knit team on a part time basis.Blue Care operate over 35 retirement villages across Queensland, with more than 3,300 residents choosing to make a Blue Care communities their home.Reporting to the Village Manager, the role will see you upkeeping the cleaning and maintenance of the site to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents. As well as being the point of contact for Emergency Response as part of the overnight on-call services.
