If yes, read on!We’re seeking a hands-on Service Desk Lead to manage and inspire a high-performing support team while driving exceptional service delivery across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the service desk team to achieve SLA targets and deliver first-class internal support, this role will have you overseeing daily operations of the service desk team, in addition to providing hands on support, acting as a final point of escalation. To secure this role, you should have a strong background in:
  • Leadership within an IT service desk or desktop support environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITIL) and ServiceNow.
  • Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration & troubleshooting.
  • Service desk triage, escalation and driving ticket resolution
  • Stakeholder management
  • Balancing operational priorities with team development.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and continuous improvement.
