- Drive sales by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities
- Serve as Inside Sales Product Specialist for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and all the relevant goals and metrics.
- Generate market interest and close sales by executing product and segment marketing activities such as product demonstrations, focus areas or campaigns
- Actively solicit all Medtronic product opportunities, referring leads as appropriate
- Build relationships and trust with customers, be a key part of their buying decisions
- Understand customer buying patterns and use it to schedule calls
- Contribute to the fiscal revenue goal and propose/define tactical activities
- Bachelors Degree in science, nursing or related disciplines
- A willingness to make multiple outbound sales phone calls on a daily basis
- Computer proficiency including MS Office suite of software
