Campbelltown Hospital Medical Administration is seeking highly motivated and organised administration professionals to join their highly skilled team. The role is Temp PT/16hpw 22/09/2025 to 09/08/2026.You will be an experienced admin professional who can manage a high volume workload and medical workforce needs. Your understanding of the medical workforce structure will be the foundation of this role. You will understand the intricacies of working with junior medical staff and have a knowledge of on-boarding and induction of medical staff.The roles will involve facilitating the recruitment processes of Medical staff including organising interview panels, booking venues, contacting applicants for interview, creating recruitment files and preparing employment contracts, so you will be a highly organized person with the ability to priorities and manage a range of conflicting deadlines. You will also be responsible for the compilation and distribution of medical officer rosters and after-hours roster where you will require strong attention to detail and understanding of rostering requirements.You will be a great communicator who can easily speak with a variety of senior and junior stakeholders. You will be working a great team who are highly supportive and look to ensure a positive work life balance.What You'll be Doing
