Randstad Australia is currently seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Lawyer!The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law and a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of workplace injury claims.YOU WILL:

Represent clients in workers' compensation cases from initial consultation through to resolution.
Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide strategic legal advice.
Attend hearings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.
Stay updated on developments in workers' compensation law and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years of experience practicing workers' compensation law.
Experience in all aspects of Workers Compensation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of workers' compensation statutes, regulations, and case law.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
