- Represent clients in workers' compensation cases from initial consultation through to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide strategic legal advice.
- Attend hearings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.
- Stay updated on developments in workers' compensation law and regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience practicing workers' compensation law.
- Experience in all aspects of Workers Compensation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
