- This is a fixed term full-time position based in the Toowoomba CBD until June 2028.
- The annual salary range for this position is $102,286.02 - $109,044.83 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

- A degree in Town Planning, Urban or Regional Planning that can be recognised by the Planning Institute of Australia as equivalent to an Australian university town planning degree, either at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Demonstrated substantial experience in assessing and processing complex development applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge of town planning principles, instruments, legislation, policy, technical standards and statutory requirements.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Commitment to teamwork.
