- Deliver expert clinical advice and tailored care for patients preparing for transplant
- Educate and empower patients, families, and fellow health professionals
- Drive research initiatives in renal transplantation and chronic kidney disease
- Contribute to service development and lead specialt education programs
- Mentor nursing staff and foster a culture of continuous learning
- A multidisciplinary team of Nurses, Dietitians, Social Workers, and Medical Specialists

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), who has at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field. In addition, the employee must have approved postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which he/she is appointed, or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
