Onsite parkingKey Areas of Accountability:· Placing orders for new consignment, or additional layers to current consignment stock across AU & NZ
· Analysis of these requests and review with Sales staff to minimize excess inventory being added to the network
· Writing off expired items, conducting analysis on stock on shelf levels and organizing replacement items as needed
· Investigation of consignment queries, movement of stock and ETAs on orders
· Liaising with Sales staff to optimize their accounts, support account conversions or de-consignments, troubleshoot issues and solve pain points
· Create or improve processes and tools to reduce time to service, improve level of service or better control inventory levels
· Maintaining strong service level and time to respond to Sales, across Optimisation, Expiry and Consignment requests
· Proactively communicating supply issues to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Accounts and providing estimated dates of arrival, explanation of issue
· Standard operational responsibilities:
· Maintaining and updating documented procedures
· Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvements within the Operations department
· Complying with all team activities with company, legal, ethical and other standards
· Completing other project and tasks as requireCritical Requirements (e.g. skills, experience, qualifications):· Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
· Experience in alpha numeric data processing, accounts reconciliation, record retention and receipting.
