- Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
- Utilize your extensive working knowledge of server, storage, networks, security, virtualization, databases, and cloud computing to develop innovative and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and developers, to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on technology selection, implementation strategies, and best practices.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Lead workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to architectural principles, standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solution offerings and delivery capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large enterprise environments.
- Strong working knowledge of server, storage, networks, security, virtualization, databases, and cloud computing technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Experience in leading and facilitating workshops, design sessions, and architecture reviews.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end projects on time and within budget.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware) is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
