Victoria Grange Aged Care is a 104 bed Aged Care residence that provides state of the art care utilising our Better Together model.Your New RoleAs a member of the Victoria Grange Aged Care team, you will get to join a team who are united in providing exceptional care to our residents and support to their families.What Your New Role Looks Like:
  • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
  • Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within our team, with our customers and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive
About YouAbove all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your residents.Does this sound like you?
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Flexibility and availability to work Morning (AM), Afternoon (PM) or Night (ND) shifts across seven-day roster (set days are available)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Personal Care Assistant within Aged Care
  • You hold Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability etc
  • A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable vehicle
  • All Australian Unity employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and must be willing to receive a 2025 flu vaccination
