Fraser Gallop Estate is a premium, single-vineyard winery in Wilyabrup, Margaret River. Our small team produces award-winning Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other estate-grown wines, with a strong focus on quality and site expression.We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Vintage Cellar Hand to join our close-knit team for the upcoming harvest.Why join us?At Fraser Gallop Estate you'll be part of a small, supportive team where everyone is hands-on and involved in the full winemaking process. This role offers the chance to gain genuine all-round vintage experience, not limited to one area of the cellar and to work with premium fruit in one of Australia's most exciting wine regions.Job Requirements Key Requirements:- Have Australian citizenship or hold a current Australian working visa- Minimum 5 vintages experience- Current forklift license (and experience)- Current driver's license- Reliable personal transport and ability to get to site for early or late shifts- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as required- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Laboratory experience preferred but not essential- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasksWork alongside the winemaking team across all aspects of harvest, including fruit receival, fermentation management, pump overs, rackings, pressing, barrel work, cleaning and sanitation, and assisting with basic laboratory analysis. The role is varied and you will be involved at every stage of vintage.This is a casual, vintage only role starting in late January and finishing in June depending on when harvest concludes.
