The Student Engagement and Wellbeing Directorate implements system strategies and priorities to improve the engagement and wellbeing of students and delivers professional learning initiatives and resources for schools to strengthen the capability of the profession.The RoleAs Administrative Assistant, you will work across two Directorates of Student Engagement and Wellbeing and Disability and Inclusion in the provision of administrative supports for the Directors. The role includes the implementation of a range of administrative functions including handling enquiries, preparing correspondence and documentation, record keeping, diary management, coordinating travel arrangements, purchasing, accounts processing and budget monitoring.The role may also assist in the day to day coordination of professional learning programs including maintaining the enrolment system, handling customer service enquiries, organising workshops, preparing workshop materials, and coordinating bookings for venues and catering. Workshop set-up and catering management (including clean-up) may be part of the administrative duties.Ideally, you will possess well-developed Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheet processing skills and proficiency with other components of Microsoft Office.
