ASAP StartDue to ramp up from one of our key owner operator clients - Fetch are seeking an experienced project Geologist for an exciting project on a small Iron ore site in the Goldfields commencing ASAP.Get the opportunity to work for an Owner Operator on a site that is still small enough to know the name on your shirt!This is a great chance to be a part of a high performing team that looks after its people and prioritises workplace culture and progression. Be more than a number.What You Will Be Doing:
- Design and execute grade control and infill drilling programs to support mine planning.
- Perform daily ore control and grade monitoring activities
- Conduct detailed geological mapping, logging, and sampling in pit and drillhole environments.
- Oversee field activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective operations.
- Manage and maintain geological databases, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with QA/QC protocols.
- Work closely with mine planning and operations teams to optimise dig plans and minimise ore loss and dilution.
- Provide accurate and timely geological inputs to support daily production, block designs, and reconciliation processes.
- Deliver high-quality geological reporting, analysis, and technical documentation.
- Actively participate in safety leadership and environmental compliance initiatives.
- 2/2 Roster
- $80+ Per Hour + Super
- Long Term secure work with permanency on offer after 3 months
- ASAP Starts - be on site as early as next week
- Work for an well established mining company on a brand new project
- Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to complete online inductions
