
Polisher & Support Technician

- Polishing and cleaning for watches and jewellery
- Engraving of pens, jewellery and watches
- Quality checks on all products after interventions
- Completion of all assigned jobs on daily basis
- Dismantling and preparation of watches
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area environment
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Ensure proper chemical use and storage ; in line with health & safety guidelines
- Provide timely feedback on technical issues and continuous improvement ideas with management
- Leadtime performance (Dismantling, polishing, engraving)
- Repair quality / guarantee
- Strong functional line of reporting with superior
- Collaboration with both Technical and Admin Team
- Minimum secondary school education
- 2 years relevant working experience in luxury watches environment is preferred but unexperienced but motivated are welcome
- Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office Applications & Internet, and more generally computer savvy
- Hands-on, on non-watch and jewellery polishing experience
- Positive working attitude and mindset,
