You will work closely with the Product Owner and a cross-functional squad to deliver an exciting green-field product.We’re interested in hearing from people who:Have solid hands-on experience developing engaging UI, BFF microservices using GraphQL, data access layers, and driving innovative process improvements that add significant business valueAre knowledgeable and experienced in AI coding assisting technology: Github CoPilot, Cline, Cursor, Figma AI, etc…Are passionate designing, developing and deploying high quality software solutions as you are shaping the technical evolution of this system by contributing to end-to-end design, implementationHave experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices with specific focus on the following concepts: source control, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure cloud pipelines, logging and monitoringAre ready to execute state-of-the-art coding practices, driving high quality outcomes to solve core business objectives and minimise risksAre constantly collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and contributing to the designPride themselves on their natural drive to educate, communicate and positively influence various stakeholder groupsHave solid hands-on experience in the banking domain will be advantageousAre constantly thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex technical problemsHave solid hands- experience with Cloud native development in AWSAre knowledgeable coaching junior engineers, sharing their expertise to uplift and improve software development practicesTech SkillsWe use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
