In this role, you'll be responsible for driving a multi-million-dollar store through clear leadership, strong operations, and a hands-on approach to team development. The store operates at a high volume, so we're looking for someone who can balance priorities quickly, coach on the floor, and maintain a sharp eye for detail.Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a large, multi-level retail team
- Drive $3.2M+ in annual sales through exceptional customer service and in-store experiences
- Coach and develop team members with regular feedback, praise, and performance direction
- Manage daily operations, compliance, stock, and shrinkage with precision
- Provide clear delegation and follow-up to ensure smooth and safe store operations
- Foster a high-energy team culture with accountability and fun at the core
- Champion compliance and stock care to reduce shrinkage
- Previous experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
- Confidence managing large teams with multiple leadership layers
- A level-headed, mature approach to leadership and problem-solving
- Strong operational ability - particularly in stock, compliance, and team scheduling
- Ability to coach on the floor while managing performance conversations constructively
- A passion for customer service and a focus on team results
- Roster: Ideally one late night fortnightly
- Salary: Up to $72,000 + Super + Incentives
