- Front-facing TechZone duties: Maintain a customer-centric area where users can approach and receive technical support
- Inventory management: Ensure our laptop and peripheral stock is received, maintained, and managed
- Floorwalking and desk management: Get out and engage with our user base on their working floors, as well as pick up any technical faults before they're reported
- You enjoy working in the details, with a proactive attitude towards accuracy and deadlines.
- You get things done! You're organised, efficient, and have a high attention to detail to deliver impactful outcomes.
- You are passionate about the importance of fantastic communication to share ideas, inspire, and create change. You are able to digest, distill, and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal forms.
- Strong customer and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution
- Knowledge in ITIL practices, and preferred certification in ITIL 3 or 4
- Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
- Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
