This role offers an opportunity to directly support the build-out of the site's Environmental Management System (EMS), ahead of a scheduled ISO 14001 audit. Working closely with the EHS Manager, you will assist in the development, documentation, and formatting of procedures aligned with ISO standards.This role would suit someone from a quality, EHS, or compliance background, with strong written documentation experience, and ideally some familiarity with ISO 14001 or similar regulated frameworks.Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and formatting of ISO 14001-aligned procedures
  • Document and structure EMS processes to support external audit readiness
  • Support the implementation of consistent templates, version control, and filing systems
  • Translate operational knowledge into written procedures and compliance documents
  • Identify documentation gaps and assist with content creation and updates
  • Collaborate with the EHS Manager and internal teams to ensure alignment with audit requirements
Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience writing procedures or technical documentation in a regulated environment
  • Exposure to ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, GMP, or similar frameworks
  • Strong attention to detail with formatting, version control, and document structure
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Understanding of compliance documentation in a manufacturing or operational setting
