This role offers an opportunity to directly support the build-out of the site's Environmental Management System (EMS), ahead of a scheduled ISO 14001 audit. Working closely with the EHS Manager, you will assist in the development, documentation, and formatting of procedures aligned with ISO standards.This role would suit someone from a quality, EHS, or compliance background, with strong written documentation experience, and ideally some familiarity with ISO 14001 or similar regulated frameworks.Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and formatting of ISO 14001-aligned procedures
- Document and structure EMS processes to support external audit readiness
- Support the implementation of consistent templates, version control, and filing systems
- Translate operational knowledge into written procedures and compliance documents
- Identify documentation gaps and assist with content creation and updates
- Collaborate with the EHS Manager and internal teams to ensure alignment with audit requirements
- Experience writing procedures or technical documentation in a regulated environment
- Exposure to ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, GMP, or similar frameworks
- Strong attention to detail with formatting, version control, and document structure
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Understanding of compliance documentation in a manufacturing or operational setting
