We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead a high-performing team of 50–60 staff in a fast-paced distribution centre based in Melbourne’s North. This role offers an excellent remuneration package and the opportunity to drive operational excellence and cultural change in a supportive environment.About the Role As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound, dispatch, and inventory management, across three shifts. You will foster a positive workplace culture through effective supervision, coaching, and leadership, while delivering high service levels to customers.We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong change management experience and the ability to work with data to inform decisions and improve processes. This role would suit a seasoned DC or 3PL operations manager, ideally with an automotive or similar fast-moving goods background.Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 50–60 staff across three shifts.
Manage all warehouse functions including inbound, dispatch, and inventory control.
Drive and implement change initiatives to improve efficiency and culture.
Use Oracle EBS and Excel to analyse and manipulate data for reporting and decision-making.
Ensure workplace health and safety compliance and foster a safety-first culture.
Provide coaching and support to team leaders and supervisors to build capability.
Maintain high standards of customer service and delivery performance.
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience managing large warehouse/DC or 3PL operations teams (50+ staff).
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and coach others.
Demonstrated change management experience and ability to drive cultural improvements.
Proficiency in Oracle EBS and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Solid understanding of inbound and dispatch operations, ideally in an automotive or similar environment.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
