Your new roleProvide expert risk improvement advice and conduct loss control surveys across a diverse portfolio. You’ll work closely with Portfolio Managers and Underwriters to evaluate hazard controls, recommend loss prevention strategies, and deliver technical insights that support customer retention and acquisition. You will also:

Engage with the customer to understand their risk profile and identify solutions to minimise the risk of loss or disruption to the business.
Advise customers on how to best protect their business against loss or disruption.
Provide survey reports and risk improvement advice to Underwriters and others within the business.
Continuously learn about new industries, technologies, process & manufacturing improvements.
Provide technical advice including contributing to risk management documentation and sharing your knowledge with Underwriters and others within the business.
Ensure accurate validation and recording of risk data.

Experience in site surveying, or commercial loss control, or transferable skills.

A collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Being tech savvy and enjoy continuous learning.
Strong analytical & numerical skills with the ability to use data for decision making.
A valid Driver’s License – regular travel is part of the role.
