- White Card or construction blue card (must have physical copy) or be willing to do the ½ day course to attain one. This is not a requirement if you want factory labouring.
- Physical stamina all of our roles involve repetitive work so do require a good level of fitness/stamina.
- Own reliable transport ¤nt driving licence or live in close proximity to public transport.
- Steel toe capped boots, high visibility clothing, safety glasses.
- Previous experience in a labouring role or physical ability and a willing attitude to learn a new trade.
- 2 recent checkable references.
