- Lead advanced modelling activities across major business change programs
- Identify business needs and propose process or system improvements
- Prepare business cases and contribute to feasibility studies and specifications
- Engage with stakeholders to capture, negotiate, and manage business requirements
- Demonstrated experience with business modelling and process improvement
- Proven ability in requirements definition and management across large initiatives
- Strong analytical and advisory skills for business situation analysis in complex environments
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
