- Partner with stakeholders to deliver the full life cycle of employee services to employees ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Advise and support managers and employees on employee relations issues including disciplinary and performance matters, building a positive performance culture
- Provide confidential and specialist support to managers and employees
- Tertiary Qualifications in a HR related discipline or demonstrated HR business partnering experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality customer-centric employee services and employee relations services
- Well-developed understanding of employment legislation, regulation and contemporary workforce management practices
- Demonstrated ability to be solutions-focused and flexible to adapt and respond in complex and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to support service outcomes
- Demonstrated experience working with Human Resources Information Systems
