
Junior Customer Call Centre Operator - WFH after training

- Training period: 4-6 weeks of training based at the above location - 9am till 5pm
- Post training: This position will be based from home, 4 days a week & 1 compulsory day per week required from the CBD. After training this role will have a rotating roster from 8am till 8pm. (Please note that work-from-home will be assessed based on performance KPI's at 8 weeks)
- This position would require strictly ‘no leave’ until January 2026
- National Public Holidays will be standard days off

- High volume calls - Inbound Call Centre - Assisting customers via the phone to meet their needs

- Experience with Salesforce highly regarded
