  • Speciality - Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Location - Launceston, TAS

  • Contract Length - Ongoing
  • Pay Rate - $75–$90 per hour (dependent on experience)
  • Northern Tasmania
  • Locum contract position
  • Accommodation and travel provided
  • Contract length: 3 months (Monday 4 August 2025 – Friday 31 October 2025)
About the Site:A major regional centre providing PET, SPECT, and bone scan services for a broad patient base, with excellent team support and modern facilities.Requirements
  • Accredited qualification in Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine) with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience working in a nuclear medicine department, including PET and SPECT imaging
  • Competency in operating gamma cameras, PET scanners, and radiopharmaceutical handling, with strong knowledge of radiation safety and dose optimisation
