- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment of the ability to obtain
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empower others and engage with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to apply sounds organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and schedule training, work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for the development of workers and aligning learning pathways to strategy and succession plans
- High level of proficiency in the use of standard application software such as the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new computer programs
- Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations
