Come and join a progressive organisation delivering community-led programs with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.Full-time Contract37.5 hours per week$88,861 - $103,623 per annumTotal Effective Package*$110,597 - $127,354About the roleReporting to the Learning & Development Coordinator this role will support the professional development and training of all Congress staff.To be considered for this position, you will require:
  • Is of Aboriginal descent; identifies as an Aboriginal person; and is accepted as an Aboriginal person by the Aboriginal community
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment of the ability to obtain
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empower others and engage with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to apply sounds organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and schedule training, work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for the development of workers and aligning learning pathways to strategy and succession plans
  • High level of proficiency in the use of standard application software such as the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new computer programs
  • Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations
