Fluent written and spoken English
Current NSW RSA Certificate
Strong attention to detail
Formal hospitality qualifications and 1-2 years of work experience in the industry
A positive attitude towards customer service and teamworkPreferred Experience:Experience with gueridon/tableside service
Knowledge of Italian cuisine
Completion of formal wine studiesResponsibilities include:Continuous training and development to stay updated with industry trends
Direct reporting to the Restaurant General Manager
Supervising and training front-of-house staff
