Working alongside a supportive hospitality team, you'll craft quality beverages, connect with guests, and be part of the energy that makes our resort one of the Sunshine Coast's most loved destinations.Your responsibilities will include:

Prepare and serve coffee and beverages with precision, speed, and consistency
Deliver friendly, professional service and create memorable moments for guests
Master the menu and suggest drinks or pairings to enhance the experience
Keep the café area clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times

QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

Previous barista experience with strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques
Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and early mornings
