- Lead strategic planning and execution across all categories and brands
- Collaborate with brand, sales, and category teams to deliver best-in-class online experiences
- Analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and drive ROI
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform innovations
- Build strong internal and external partnerships to elevate our eCommerce presence
- Tertiary and or Postgraduate qualifications in eCommerce/Digital Marketing, Commerce, Marketing, Trade or Channel Marketing.
- 3–5+ years in marketing, eCommerce, sales, trade or channel marketing (FMCG preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen experience managing P&Ls and budgets and data-driven mindset with a passion for digital innovation and brand building
- Hands on experience in diagnosing business challenges & opportunities to develop into data driven strategies to optimize performance & growth
- Experience with platforms like Quantium, IRI Unify, Citrus, or Criteo
- Demonstrated experience with the development and execution of eCommerce growth plans
