- Operate and set up high-speed production machinery
- Perform basic maintenance and quality control checks
- Monitor output and ensure smooth production flow
- Maintain safety and accuracy in all tasks
- Minimum 2 years' machine operating experience in a production/manufacturing setting (Essential)
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills with the right attitude!
- Mechanically minded and safety-focused
- MUST have: Own car and current driver's licence
- MUST be able to: Pass a police check
- Ability to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts, including 2 weekends per month
- Work rights: Australian citizen, permanent resident, or unrestricted work rights (No student visas or overseas applicants)
