Your ImpactWe're seeking a proactive Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations across two production lines and our finished goods warehouse at Wulkuraka. This role is essential to ensuring smooth material flow, team performance, and production continuity.From managing AGVs (automated guided vehicles) to developing frontline talent, you'll play a key role in keeping our lines moving and our people growing. You'll work closely with operators and support teams, owning day-to-day operations and stepping up to drive improvement across safety, quality, and efficiency.Please note: This role involves working 12-hour shifts on a 24/7 roster, rotating between days and nights.Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of two production lines and AGV-supported warehouse functions
Lead and coach a team of 10 across shift operations, supporting performance management and development
Ensure safe and efficient delivery of materials to production lines using AGVs; escalate maintenance and programming issues where required
Drive team engagement and capability building through training, upskilling and coaching
Support daily reporting and SAP data entry
Uphold safety, quality and continuous improvement standards

About You

Previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and growth
Technically minded with strong problem solving skills
Able to work autonomously and make sound operational decisions confidently
Strong communication and organisational skills
SAP experience is highly regarded
