
Maintenance Electrician

- Actively support and participate in team meetings such as Operational meetings, Toolbox talks and Training sessions
- Build a culture where best practice and innovation are encouraged, acted upon and communicated throughout the Company
- Establish/utilise metrics and periodic review and planning routines across the balanced scorecard to engage personnel and improve performance
- Take note of performance feedback and act upon accordingly
- Ensure Management is kept fully informed of relevant decisions, events and activities
- Have a willingness to support other areas of the business/team as required
- Any other duties as required or requested by Mulgowie Farming Company
- Trade/Industry electrical qualifications, minimum Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician
- Current Electrical Worker's Licence (minimum restricted electrical licence)
- High voltage switching certificate (desirable)
- Competent at electrical installation and repair work including motor controls and power distribution
- Experience with agricultural electrical systems including irrigation controls
- Forklift Ticket
- Electrical Trade with instrumentation experience highly regarded
- Experience with electrical control systems for refrigeration plants
- Experience with fault finding and repairs on electrical control systems for pneumatic or hydraulic systems
- Experience with electrical systems for packaging and labelling equipment
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (desirable)
