YOU AND YOUR ROLEAs key member of our team you will be a natural communicator who is passionate about helping people, demonstrating a natural leadership style.The role requires a strong eye for detail, sound organisational skills, and someone that is willing to take initiative. Key Responsibilities include:

Support and grow our existing customer relationships
Lead by example, showcasing your outstanding sales capabilities to meet customer needs
Motivate and inspire the practice team to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
Communicate professionally with all stakeholders
Work with the team to provide personalised premium solutions for our customers throughout their journey in practice and beyond
Be willing to keep up to date with frame fashions and trends
Marketing/Social Media experience highly desirable
