THE OPPORTUNITYDue to the opening of our newest retail store in Geraldton, we are seeking a career orientated professional to join our newly formed team.Reporting to the Store Manager, you will liaise with our trade and retail customer base, servicing a wide range of our products and services to ensure that our customers get exactly what they need!This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 38 hours across Monday-Friday with potential overtime during peak periods.Remuneration: Up to $85,000 base salary plus superannuation (depending on relevant skills and experience) and store discount.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
  • Assisting customers to find innovative design solutions utilising CAD software
  • Prepare accurate and timely project quotations
  • Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping
  • Assist in customer pick-up area to ensure product are loaded safely into customer vehicles
  • Engage in regular product and sales training
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
  • Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
  • A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred
  • Competency with software systems
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
