Food & Beverage Team Leader (Lennons Restaurant & Bar)
Bartender (for our Hibiscus Terrace and Pool Bar)
Food & Beverage Attendant (Lennons Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
Problem solve any guest complaints and escalate where required
To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
To perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in
To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products and, to have the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, to upsell and cross-sell.

Requirements:

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
High level of communication
High level of grooming and personal presentation
Previous customer service experience
Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded
Previous experience with Micros is highly regarded
Legal working rights in Australia

Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
