We’re recruiting experienced Maintenance Fitter and Maintenance Electrician to support a well-established manufacturing business. You’ll be working steady day shifts, Monday to Friday, in a supportive team environment with strong long-term prospects.Who you will be working with

- Carry out preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown repairs
- Inspect and test machinery to meet compliance and safety standards
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts, and maintenance history
- Manage spare parts inventory and support production requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals
- Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter or Maintenance Electrician (Electrical Licence or equivalent)
- Previous experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, able to work independently
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, or cold chain processes (highly advantageous)
- A strong safety focus with good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, or call-outs if required
