- Apply technical knowledge to advise, train, demonstrate and operate the HP SitePrint technology.
- Integrate technical knowledge and business knowing to create solutions for customers.
- Resolve technical incidents externally within the field and/or technical application area.
- Work with internal development team and external construction services team members to resolve more complex or cross-technology incidents.
- Identify potential escalations and alert management and program stakeholders proactively.
- Proactively and reactively provide solutions to partners and end-users to prevent problems from occurring when using the SitePrint technology in various field applications.
- Apply or deploy HP solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs. Balance internal needs with customer needs within defined parameters.
- May identify additional services that could hint to future service revenue growth.
- Build strong relationship with management in assigned accounts.
- Influence delivery decisions on assigned account plans.
- Manage small service and customer experience centric projects/programs in the team, including Service Lifecycle Requirements within the region in coordination with the Global Business Unit.
- Responsible for helping define and establish in-region service infrastructure to fulfil HP SitePrint service strategy, including, but not limited to service parts, bench-repair, whole unit exchange, knowledge management, training. • Drive Customer Expectation management as part of escalation process. • Responsible for implementing part or all the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design. • Participates in the customer or partner engagements, to ensure onboarding, training, and overall service solution readiness. • Provides Post-Sales service and verify to customers/partners on the HP SitePrint solution.
- Provides technical leadership on specific integration activities associated with services.
- Creates and contributes to knowledge tools and communities and ensures project learnings are documented and shared with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or associate degree holder (technical field) with 4-6 years working experience in construction related fields desired.
- Has construction industry experience. Civil Engineering/Surveying, Site layout, BIM, site project management are preferred, especially where new application specific technologies have been introduced and used.

- Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements. • Owns and produces customer documentation.
- Ability to translate technical details into concise and easy to know written form.
- Ability to translate verbal requirements from face-to-face client meetings into requirements documents, statements of work, and proposals.
- Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate.
- From the requirements, able to develop a high-level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort required to deliver.
- Ability to work with a team to provide written responses to technical proposals and /or reports/documentation for delivery.
- 50% of the time (25% within the country, 25% abroad, mainly to Spain, but not only) ** Availability to work on construction sites is a must. **
