- Oversee all property products, services, policies, and emergency procedures
- Executive management across recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews and performance management processes
- Strengthen partnership and development of Sales, Revenue and Marketing departments
- Hands on role that requires a senior leader to pivot from helping with housekeeping and front office teams, to creating business plans with food, beverage and events departments
- Conduct any Health and Safety procedures, including key property, guest and team member safety and duty of care tasks
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing a 200+ room hotel operation, preferably at a 4* and above level
- Standout stakeholder management skills
- Ability to design and deliver high level strategies across F&B, C&E, and accommodation
- A leader experienced in special projects and new openings/redevelopments is desirable
- Strong financial acumen with ability to compile financial reports and manage overall day-to-day financial processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
