They pride themselves on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.Position Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Fencers to join our landscaping crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing a variety of fence types and a strong work ethic. You'll work on projects involving new fence installations, repairs, and maintenance.Key Responsibilities:

Measure and mark fence layout lines accurately on site

Dig post holes and set posts using concrete or other methods

Install various types of fencing (wood, vinyl, chain link, metal, etc.)

Repair or replace damaged fencing

Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

Read and interpret site plans or customer instructions

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

Previous fencing or construction experience required

Ability to lift 25kgs and perform physically demanding work

Proficiency with fencing tools and equipment

Reliable transportation to job sites or central yard

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license (preferred)

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with both residential and commercial fencing projects

Familiarity with local zoning and property line regulations

Basic knowledge of landscaping and outdoor construction is a plus

OSHA or safety training certifications

What We Offer:

$60 / hour + penalties for qualified carpenters / fencers
$40 - $50 / hour + penalties for experienced carpenters / fencers
