- Welcome and farewell, all guests arriving and departing the hotel.
- Note arrival and departure details and arrange luggage assistance, storage and transportation needs.
- Safely navigate our onsite car park to valet park all guest vehicles.
- Handle guest enquires and requests, assisting Front Desk and Concierge as needed.
- Move luggage, amenities and ad-hoc items efficiently to and from the guestrooms.
- Be a local Melbourne Expert and engage with our guests sharing your knowledge on the cities hidden gems.
- Be on hand to assist in an emergency situation where required.
- Full Australian driver’s license with the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles (International driver’s license may be considered)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- The flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
- The ability to create relationships and possess great attention to detail
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
