We are looking for a capable office based professional to work in the client's Learning, Capability & Compliance team to assist in the co-ordination of entry pathway programs (i.e. Graduate, apprenticeship, Internship, Trainee)The role will be part of a small team and involve:
- Co-ordinations of university and school events.
- Co-ordinating onboarding of grads and interns across the company.
- Process and procedure documentation.
- Communicating with Internal and External stakeholders.
- Processing of employee incentive claims.
- Proficient in MS Office and the usual business applications.
- Self motivated & able to work autonomously
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to present / facilitate to small & medium sized groups
