About the Role:
As part of a fast-paced and safety-conscious warehouse environment, you will play a critical role in supporting our logistics and distribution team. The warehouse supports seasonal operations requiring high-volume handling of goods, involving pick pack teams and other warehouse staff. Your attention to detail, safety, and reliability will be key.
Key Details:
- Pay Rate: $34 per hour
- Shift: Day Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Days: 5-6 days per week (based on workload)
- Location: Dandenong, VIC
- Start: Late September ramp-up (temporary seasonal contract)
- Safe operation of counterbalance forklifts in a busy warehouse
- Unloading and loading trucks
- Replenishing stock for pick packers and production teams
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required
- Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
- Adhering to strict OH&S and site safety standards
- Must hold a current and valid LF licence
- Minimum 2 years' forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Proven ability to work around high foot traffic and pick-pack operations
- Strong safety focus and situational awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to seasonal full-time work
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
