We are seeking passionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to work across both Traralgon and Morwell in Accommodation and Community.Claro Aged Care and Disability Services are creating a talent pool for Support Workers that are looking to make a lasting impact in the lives of the people they support.Once you have applied to join our talent pool you will be considered for any jobs that match your experienceThe Opportunity:As a Support Worker at Claro, you will be supporting our customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different, but your work will be centred around the following:

Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
Providing support with hygiene and personal care
Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
Extensive Manual Handling & High care.

A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
Experience as a Disability Support Worker
NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
Able to work a range of shifts including morning, afternoon, night (active or passive)
Able to work across Accommodation and Community and travel to both Morwell and Traralgon
