Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this pivotal role will drive governance, leadership, business growth, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement.You will build a profitable and sustainable business operation while ensuring that supported employees achieve meaningful and rewarding employment outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to combine your commercial acumen with purpose-driven leadership in the disability sector.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Cape Solutions’ commercial operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial sustainability over 2 sites based in Nunawading & Broadmeadows
- Inspire and manage a motivated team, building resiliency and capacity, foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Drive business growth through partnerships, new ventures, and innovative service delivery.
- Deliver high-quality employment outcomes for people with disability.
- Build strong relationships with government, industry, stakeholders, and customers to enhance Cape’s impact and reputation.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in commercial operations, supply chain, or related industries.
- Proven track record in business development, marketing, and financial management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire diverse teams.
- Understanding of NDIS-supported employment and quality systems (ISO/QMS/WHS) is highly desirable.
