Cape Solutions is the commercial division of Cape Group Australia Ltd (Cape), a not-for-profit organisation formed through the merger of Nadrasca and Brite in April 2025. Our commercial operations span warehouse and supply chain management, contract services, and commercial printing – all designed to provide sustainable employment and career pathways.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced General Manager – Employment to lead Cape Solutions. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this pivotal role will drive governance, leadership, business growth, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement.You will build a profitable and sustainable business operation while ensuring that supported employees achieve meaningful and rewarding employment outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to combine your commercial acumen with purpose-driven leadership in the disability sector.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Cape Solutions’ commercial operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial sustainability over 2 sites based in Nunawading & Broadmeadows
  • Inspire and manage a motivated team, building resiliency and capacity, foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive business growth through partnerships, new ventures, and innovative service delivery.
  • Deliver high-quality employment outcomes for people with disability.
  • Build strong relationships with government, industry, stakeholders, and customers to enhance Cape’s impact and reputation.
About YouWe’re looking for a dynamic leader with:
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in commercial operations, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in business development, marketing, and financial management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire diverse teams.
  • Understanding of NDIS-supported employment and quality systems (ISO/QMS/WHS) is highly desirable.
