Responsibilities:Reporting to the Construction & Commissioning Manager, you will step into a dedicated client contract team. To be successful in your role, you will have prior construction experience in either Onshore or Offshore LNG within an EPCM engineering environment.Scope of work:
  • Delivery of FEED deliverables associated with Construction activities
  • Creating access work packs
  • Input into construction feasibility studies for the project
  • Providing inputs into constructability reviews, schedules and estimates
  • Coordinating with personnel offshore
  • Input into design and engineering to ensure Construction activities are optimized and the works scopes can be completed safely and efficiently

If you have a visa application in progress, you are also encouraged to apply.Suitably qualified with a degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering (or a tertiary qualification supported with 5+ years of relevant industry experience). Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar role as an E&I Construction Engineer within a Brownfield EPC, ESC or EPCM environment, preferably within the Australian Oil & Gas / LNG industry.In addition, you will have:
  • A demonstrated commitment to safety
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a role of construction engineering and coordination working in a project multidisciplined team
  • Experience of interpreting discipline documentation
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPS) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of technical specifications
