Talenza have been engaged by a leading resource management companyAs a Vulnerability Management Lead you will support prioritising and managing vulnerabilities and operationalising their vulnerability management tools such as Qualys and a few others including MS Defender. You'll be driving patching efforts across the business and influencing teams to remediate vulnerabilities. A key part of the role is also to uplift their vulnerability management processes and tooling to meet DISP requirements and reach Essential Eight Level 2 maturityBenefits:-Competitive pay-Strong likelihood of becoming permanent-Hybrid work modelKey Requirements:

Strong experience in vulnerability management (endpoints, networks, MS/cloud).
Hands-on with Qualys + Microsoft Defender suite.
Knowledge of Essential 8 maturity model + DISP compliance.
Able to uplift VM programs in low-maturity environments.
Strong stakeholder skills - influencing patching/infrastructure teams.
Clear communicator & strong reporting capability.
