Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients
Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation
Control of orders in line with customer requirements
Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.

To be successful in this role, you must:

Possess strong work ethic, professional, and a self-starter
Some experience in a fast forward-facing customer service role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team
Good planning, organisation, and time management skills
Basic numerical skill and good attention to detail and accuracy
