- Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate the technical intent, impact, and risk of proposed changes.
- Schedule and document changes in the official change calendar, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and distribute technical change plans and readiness steps to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor change execution, validate successful implementation, and manage escalations as required.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of change processes.
- Strong understanding of change management best practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL and DCAM Frameworks, as well as established Change Management Processes.
- Awareness of Incident and Problem Management principles and practices.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Proven analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with post-implementation reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant certifications in change management or IT service management (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
- Previous experience in a technical change management role within an IT environment.
